We also offer "Live Chat" (located on the Home Page) as an option in order to answer any questions you may have.

 

Agnes Avery is not satisfied unless her customers are. You can return any item for any reason within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. If you need to return an item please email us at returns@agnesaverycollection.com to receive an authorization number.  Sorry, personalized items may not be returned.

Methods of Payment
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard only.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 5 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship.

Shipping
Agnes Avery Collection uses UPS to ship our products within the 48 contiguous United States. We can use USPS for APO and FPO addresses as UPS will not deliver to such addresses. We do not offer International shipping at this time.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (7.5%).
